Further Information

This Triumph Bonneville T120R can only be described as stunning, it is without a doubt one of the finest example we have ever seen. A complete nut and bolt restoration has been undertaken to bring this bike to a standard that can be described as better than the factory finish. It is also a more desirable US spec bike with a teardrop tank and high handlebars, a little more stylish than the big tank UK version. A very rare find these days in such a condition as this T120R.
The Triumph T120R also won the newly introduced production TT at the IOM in 1967 and 1969 a massive achievement for Triumph.Three years later factory Triumph rider Malcolm Uphill recorded the first ever 100mph lap on a production bike. He was also using Dunlop K81 tyres,to be renamed as the famous TT100s after his superb result. The T120R also went on to win the Thruxton 500 mile race.
A very successful bike for Triumph and your opportunity to own a little piece of that history.
