I have purchased half a dozen cars over the past 10 years and can honestly say that I have never had a more pleasant experience from purchase to after care. Although I did not purchase the most expensive car you offered, I felt that everyone treated me as if I did. When I had a few issues with the car you immediately began to rectifY the problem in order to assure that I was satisfied without any questions asked. You and your staff are extremely professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and ensure all the details are covered. In this economic climate where there are massive cutbacks everywhere, it is truly refreshing to see that your company still believes that customer care and satisfaction is vitally important.
I am not normally a fan of dealerships and normally buy privately......but I would recommend this car and bike specialist to anyone interested in a quality product and service. The unusual premises are an Aladdins cave of superb cars and bikes and the charismatic owner, James who I dealt with is a true enthusiast and aficionado of the vehicles he personally sources. Business seemed to be brisk with at least three cars being sold (including an amazing MG Roadster) whilst I was picking up and loading the beautiful Honda SP1 I bought. I only wish there were a similar premises locally in Glasgow, that I could frequent, but alas I live in 'Arfur Daley' (sic) territory.

We drove the S60 down to the Midlands to my wife who was amazed at its condition and she fell in love with it right away! I must say Eddie and myself were treated as if we were puchasing a ROLLS ! Just a quick note to say thanks for the service we received during and mostly after we purchased the BMW from you. In these days when people are quick to give a negative feedback and criticize when they are unhappy I feel obliged to do the opposite when the service I received was 1st class. The way you dealt with the issues my wife had with the car was fantastic. This is what I call "going the extra mile".
